STEPS OF ADMISSION
STEP 1:
GETTING AN ADMISSION LETTER
Send us your student’s documents via email (kindly state the course name and the option of studying in the message body)
– Passport (or any other ID document available)
– School Certificate;
– Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with transcripts (for PG/PhD students).
On the basis of the documents mentioned above we will provide the Admission Letter for the student within 2 Business days. Once offer letter is out, pay first year tuition fee in full before school will start processing invitation letter.
STEP 2:
GETTING AN INVITATION LETTER
Those students who want to continue their studies in Malta need to collect all the necessary packages of documents. Please note that if your student has an EU citizenship, there are no need in the Invitation letter to study in Malta.
For receiving an invitation to Malta please provide us with the following documents of the student:
1. Copy of the International Passport;
2. Receipt of tuition payment for one academic year tuition
Once we receive this documents, we will send the request to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the following details:
– Invitation Letter from partner university.
– Confirmation of Accommodation(we will provide this).
– Tuition Payment receipt
– Email address of the student.
Invitations to study will be issued within 3-15 working days after submitting of all the documents
Step 3:
The Ministry sends a link to us. Once we receive the link, students should be ready to provide us this documents below so we can upload to their portal.
– Application form( we will send you this)
– International passport and two passport photo
– School Certificate
– Invitation Letter
– Bank Statement with the final amount of 7000 EURO for 3 month
– Photo of personal bank card;
– If using Sponsorship, provide affidavit of Sponsorship letter and Sponsor’s ID scan
– Medical insurance (for Schengen Zone covering 3 000 EUR)
– Booked Flight Ticket (6-8 weeks after the date when the documents for visa are uploaded)
Step 4:
In case of visa approval, Ministry of Foreign Affairs will ask student to DHL passport for visa stamping.
Visa fee is 270 EUR due once visa is approved.
